Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role is with reputable company deals within automotive industry in Qatar. The job holder will be reporting directly to the manager and will handle the entire administrative issues within the workstation. In addition, the job-holder needs to have direct communication verbal & in-writing with various clients and ensure a smooth running of the job flow within the station.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is:
• Presentable female that enjoys working in busy environment
• Excellent MS office
• Hands-on experience in administrative work
• Excellent client relationship management
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal & in-writing communication skills
• Team player
• University degree
