JOB SUMMARY

The job is primary a senior role with leadership responsibility. The profile requires great attention to detail and a keen sense for detail and precision during the reconciliation and overall management of personnel timesheets and their conversion to payroll.
Responsible for the company's time and attendance collection, processing, and payroll systems. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client & personnel services, including recordkeeping. This position also has key responsibility to planning all necessary renewals of passports, visas, residence permits, traffic violations, utilities expenses, through proper forecasting and liquidity planning in tight coordination with the treasury supervisor, the chief accountant and the CFO. This position provides accounting information vital to Project Management, and direct support to finance.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process three categories of the payroll function for the company as follows:
- Saudi payroll
- Expatriate payroll
- Top Management payroll
2. Process the payroll and maintain payroll information as required:
2.1 - Date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transaction such as new hires, terminations, all types of leaves, benefits deductions, and other adjustments, etc.
2.2 - Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports
3. Document workflows and work procedures.
4. Administer, manage and report online payments for the following government transactions:
4.1 - Utilities, (water, Electricity, and water bills for the company).
4.2 - Visa costs per employee and visa renewal monthly planning.
4.3 - Iqama payment and IQAMA renewal monthly planning.
4.4 - Work permits payments and monthly planning.
4.5 - Passport expiries and monthly planning of their respective renewals.
5. Resolve problems relating to employees' ATM debits cards, lost ATM cards, and other technical issues.
6. Update information for both Saudi and non-Saudi employees, verify deductions, advances, overtime hours and other employee dues in the online payroll system.
7. Clear problems relating to incorrect salary computations such as missing overtime, explaining deductions, and other settlement issues and calculations.
8. Calculate vacation and/or termination settlements to employees.
9. Coordinate with the bank on issues relating to our employees such as their ATM cards, loans, and other company transactions directly affecting employees' earnings and rights.
10. Coordinate in good time the routing of all payment requests directly through Procurement and follow-up on progress thereto.
11. Prepare and calculate monthly GOSI payments in due time to make not to miss out on government deadlines and company's internal planning.
12. Ad-hoc tasks required by Management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Admin & Payroll Supervisor will be in charge of two payroll clerks in charge of collecting and processing all timesheets for all Arabian Fal Holding personnel on a monthly basis to start processing the payroll.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND REQUIRED
Recognized university degree from a recognized institution, and recognized by its respective ministry of education and higher educational authorities.
Preferable an accounting and financial major.

LANGUAGES REQUIRED
- Fluency in English written, spoken is an absolute must.
- Fluency in Arabic written, spoken is an absolute must.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Min 3-5 years in accounting and administration & payroll management preferably from a previous contracting environment.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian government settlement practices and overall relations.
Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor laws and regulations affecting payrolls

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous and up to date hands-on working knowledge and experience with any high ranking and internationally known ERP product such as SAP, Dynamics Nav, Oracle, IFS, demonstrating a basic understanding of how to process information correctly into a system.
