The RoleThe RoleAdministration Sales Analyst GCC FMCG Please only apply if you have FMCG experience. An excellent opportunity for a highly organized and customer service orientated Sales Administration Analyst to join a leading regional player as part of their FMCG foods department in Dubai. The Sales Administration Analyst will provide administration and operations support to the sales team and GCC commercial team. They will also have a high involvement in building customer relationships as well as acting as the link between sales and operations management within the company. Key responsibilities. Coordinate & process monthly orders from distributors Ensure orders are distributed correctly and meet expected deadlines given. Collate & track sales performance, YTD sales & stock movement Act as the main point of contact for handling customer/ consumer enquiries Prepare monthly presentations for the senior management team Closely coordinate between sales and operations teams. Ensure all process milestones and deliverables are communicated effectively to all stakeholders |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration - Masters in Marketing an advantage Strong customer service and relationship development experience At least 3 years experience in FMCG (experience in foods preferable) Solid experience in sales/commercial transactions Strong proficiency in ERP/excel is a must Fluent in English and Arabic languages |
