The Role


The Role


The Administration Supervisor is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

• Effectively communicate with Movements Coordinator in a timely manner giving detailed information on required movements into/out of KRDC, to ensure compliance with base security rules and regulations.
• Effectively communicate with Pass Control team for issuance of Supreme ID badges and scheduled Ronco interviews to ensure compliance with base security rules and regulations.
• Compile and submit monthly leave requests report of all KRDC employees to Travel Coordinator in line with company policy.
• Liaise between KRDC based employees and travel administrator on flight, accommodation and visa details as applicable in line with company policy and compliance with visa regulations.
• Monitor team work levels and ensure resources are effectively utilized to meet priorities to ensure timely and effective customer service is being delivered throughout all Business Units.
• Compile and submit monthly stationary order request form for KRDC BU’s to Purchasing Coordinator.
• Receive stationery order and distribute accordingly.
• Actively participate in Movements Coordinator appraisals in coordination with Administration Manager.
• Provide recommendations to the Administration Manager on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve customer service.
• Assume Movements Coordinator responsibilities as allocated to cover annual leave periods.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Administration Manager.

Requirements


Requirements


Essential:
• At least one (1) year experience in an administrative role, preferably within a large multinational environment in a remote and arduous location.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team.
• Pro-active and ability to initiate own work without constant direction
• Ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines.
• Proficient PC user with all programs of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to forward plan in an ever changing environment
• Excellent communication skills (English language) including oral, written and interpersonal skills and experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Desirable:
• Proven work experience in remote and challenging locations.
• Experience in a large organization with multiple independent business units
