Administration and Personnel Supervisor – AED 15,000 and 17,000 Male Candidates only
Candidates must be living and working in UAE
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our client is one of the world’s biggest and most efficient food companies with a global reach of more than 110 countries. They are currently looking to recruit an Administration & Personnel Supervisor, reporting to the Project Manager, to join its Administration team in the Abu Dhabi factory. You will be responsible for the Administration and Personnel of over 300 staff, mainly blue collar.

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Transportation Management
• Attendance
• Security and Safety
• Insurance
• Employee Letters
• Mail & Courier
• Travel bookings & Expenses
• Employees documentation
• Dispute

Requirements

This is a very exciting role which requires only applicants with a minimum 5 years experience in Administration & Personnel and with a minimum 2 years leading a team.

Our client is seeking a candidate with a BA in Business Administration/Management/Engineering from a reputable university. You must also have:

• Experience in relationship with 3rd parties
• Knowledge of Administrative Support Providers
• PDCA problem solving skills
• Good knowledge in MS (Word/Excel)
• Preference will be given to Arabic speakers
• Good command of the English language, knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish would be a plus.
