Employment: Full Time

Boeing is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be a key member of IMEA Human Resources team.

The Administrative Assistant roles & responsibilities includes (but not limited to):
- Providing general support to the IMEA HR team in HR administrative activities as required.
- Inputs data into HR systems.
- Maintains HR records.
- Provides data and information to HR Generalists.
- Works with HR Generalists on special projects when required.
- Creates ad hoc reports and provides data to support trend analysis and HR metrics.
- Prepares presentation materials.
- Facilitates the completion of letters in and memos with confidential nature.
- Organizes and facilitates team meetings.
- Coordinates business travel.
- Maintains up-to-date documentation on administrative operation procedures and issues, and revises as appropriate.
- Prepares files and finalizes expense reports.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and structure tasks and information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and, other languages are a plus.
- Experienced MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable UAE law. Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all UAE labor and immigration formalities.
