Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Handle day-to-day office logistics, including the timely processing of local supplier invoices, maintaining office inventory.

Raise purchase orders (PO), follow up on PO’s and payments where appropriate.

Make travel arrangements for executives. Manage hotel bookings for visitors.

Receive and dispatch the couriers/mails in an efficient manner.

Carry out general administrative duties as requested by the management.

Responsible for the reception, greet visitors and offer refreshments, ensure a positive impression of the organization and are treated courteously.

Ensure that all telephone calls are answered professionally. Where required, take messages or direct calls as appropriate.

Maintain phone lists.

Working on ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

Fluent in English
University degree.
Proven experience of working in a corporate environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and third parties.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow through on assignments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multi-task and fast-paced environment.
