The RoleThe RoleReceive and issue stationary requisitions to the internal departments Filing of Correspondence & invoice copies for Marketing Teams Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database Raising LPO's for Production and Marketing Team and related activities. Circulation of events planner. Schedule monthly meetings and circulate agenda and minutes of the meetings Assist with Reporting. Handle travel requests for the Marketing Team. Create new codes, companies and suppliers for online printing requests Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce 3 to 5 years relevant experience in administration High levels of computer literacy, numeric and analytical skills Excellent MS Office skills Good communication, & inter-personal skills |
