Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Performs daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; sorting and distributing incoming mails and faxes; copying and collating documents.
- Ensures data entry tasks and compiles files and records.
- Handles incoming mail, answers correspondences, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Checks files, records, and other documents to address various requests.
- Secures regular filing and inventory control either manually or using a computer.
- Reviews schedules, attendance and time sheets, numerical logs and ledgers.
- Revises documents, forms, or applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Provides office administration support while implementing administrative policies & procedures.
- Follows-up work to ensure all applications are complete with all necessary data and supporting documents
- Performs other administrative duties associated with the departments business needs.

Requirements

- Diploma or certificate with (8) eight years experience.
OR
- Secondary School certificate with (12) twelve years of relevant experience.
- Teamwork
- Must have Planning and organization
- Results Oriented
- Excellent communication & organization Skills
