Employment: Full Time

The Business Support specialist provides comprehensive Executive Office Operations and Office Administration services to the BDS Senior VP, F-15 VP and other senior leaders in Boeing Saudi Arabia.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Balance organizational priorities to meet and drive business unit Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) objectives
- Support internal and external network and relationship development to conduct Boeing operations that meet current and future customer needs
- Develop and lead processes and operations in support of executing existing contracts and preparing for future business growth
- Developing metrics to monitor business operations status
- Provide leadership by developing processes and discriminators that improve business execution.
- The position will also assist in preparing presentations and written correspondence with customers
- Assist in planning and executing senior executive customer visits

Provide administrative support to the BSA leadership team to include business travel arrangements, expense reporting, set up WebEx and telecoms, manage internal meeting calendars, maintain office supplies and other duties as assigned by management. The ratio of Operations/Office Administration is expected to be approximately 60%/40%.

Requirements

Native Arabic speaker, strong English language skills. Bachelor's degree is required and typically 3 or more years' related work experience.
