Administrative and Financial Director Agriculture Congo
Millar Cameron is an international recruitment agency specializing in senior positions in the Agriculture sector. Our clients are international and local organization that we aid in their search for the right candidate in Africa and Europe.
We are currently recruiting an experience Administrative and Financial Director with proven overseas experience to work in the Congo on a large agricultural operation.
Position and Duties:
Supervise the accounting department and preparation of financial statements,
Report to the company headquarters on a monthly and annual basis
Take financial control of the operation,
Establish internal control procedures and ensure their proper application
Establish the annual budget, analyse the main differences and prepare the estimates in the context of project development
Liaise with external stakeholders: tax authorities , partners, investors, banks , auditors and suppliers
Be a financial head to local teams and establish proper training routines.
Profile:
Baccelaureat+3 minimum in Finance or equivalent
International experience desirable
Minimum experience of 5 years in a finance position

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background consisting of:
-Baccelaureat+3 minimum in Finance or equivalent
-International experience desirable
-Minimum experience of 5 years in a finance position
-A background in agricultural finance is desirable.
