JOB PURPOSE:
To execute all administrative responsibilities of the Used Car Remarketing business
Assist with development of this new department by providing support and coordination with all the other departments involved in Used Car Remarketing operations, such as Marketing and Used cars
Maintain the required analysis and reports to ensure effective control, performance and Management of the Department

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

* Handling all administrative issues of the Used Car Remarketing department
* Recording, updating and reporting stock Inventory (Asset) analysis
* Monitor and report routine Vehicle data such as Km's, Inspection reports and details of any accidents
* Sales process activity -support the Manager to target and capture new business by assisting to prepare presentations, proposals and arranging appointment/meetings
* Web portal activity and resulting performance monitored, measured and reported
* Coordinate with other departments involved in Remarketing Operations
* Assist the Manager by providing extensive and flexible support in the activities required to grow the business

The successful candidate should have the following experience/skills/qualifications:
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in administration roles
Job-Specific Skills: A high level of IT skills is required, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Behavioural Competencies: Hardworking and flexible, trustworthy, good interpersonal and communication skills.
