Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a large, Libyan owned telecoms business based in Dubai. Our client has been operating in the market for over ten years' and due to internal restructures they are looking to hire an Arabic speaking Administrator.

You will be responsible for a high volume of paperwork and documentation filing. You will also manage the diaries of senior management and ensure that the office is fully supported in terms of administration.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have more than three years' experience in an administration position, with one year spent working in the UAE. You should have excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. You should be meticulous with excellent communication and time management skills. Arabic fluency is essential for this position. Our client has specified a preference for a Western educated candidate.
