The Role


The Appraisal Vendor Admin and Review Administrator will work to ensure the best practice and standards are propagated and adhred to in the SHL Collateral
Valuation Department.

Basic duties will include the following:
Place vendor appraisal orders, maintain order log, Accurate translation of Arabic documentation to English. Complete appraisal review forms in Arabic and English. He will be a liaison between vendor management and appraisal reivew in the Collateral Valuation Department.

Requirements


Demonstrated superior written and verbal translation skill from Arabic to English,. Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and remove barriers to problem resolution. Demonstrated ability to follow guidelines and review policies. Valuation experience is highly desired . High school graduation required, bachelors preferred, real estate education or certification would be an advantage.
