Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a leading multinational has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join its team.

Candidates will provide support to sales team including offers, bid management, tender process, filing and documentation, hotel and travel bookings and general administration

Coordination of meeting and events

Preparing and tracking purchase orders

Performing GR/IR in SAP

Managing and running office Facilities

Coordinate for visit/work visa for PRO agency

Receiving and handling vendor invoices

Raising REFM/ admin related Pos

Scanning of expense claims

Issuing salary certificates

Business cards, IT tools, Gordon requests

Run daily and routine office administration

Managing petty cash

Requirements

Kuwait National

Ability to plan and organise

Excellent computer and technical literacy (MS Office, SAP)

Effective communication and good people skills

Ability to adapt and be flexible

Excellent command on English

3 years of relevant experience in office administration is required

University degree
