Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is one of the world’s leading Sports Brands, designing, developing, selling and marketing footwear, apparel and accessories. For over 65 years, they have established a history of making fast product designs for the fastest athletes on the planet. offering performance and sport-inspired lifestyle products in categories such as Football, Running, Training and Fitness, Golf, and Motorsports. The company distributes its products in more than 120 countries, employs more than 10,000 people worldwide, and is headquartered in Herzogenaurach/Germany.

• Responsible for the management of all functions and reporting in SAP.
• Responsible for all inter store transfers and stock updating in SAP.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving the data integrity in the stores as well as in the back office system SAP.
• Responsible for the capture and order placement in SAP to be done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all price updates between SAP and Retailpro, and ensuring that the master data is updated accurately.
• Responsible for ensuring that all store polling done correctly and reflecting in all systems.
• Communication between the Customer Service department, logistics (warehouse) and stores to be done effectively ensuring that an efficient order and delivery process is in place.
• Responsible for the submission of Weekly and Monthly reports to the CRM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant administration experience
• University degree
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
• Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at business level (knowledge of Arabic language is not required)
