Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Candidates must have worked in the UAE in large organisations.

Candidates must have a stable work history.

Candidates must be living in Abu Dhabi.

Our client is a leading Government organisation based in Abu Dhabi and we are recruiting for an experienced administration who has a stable work history in administration to support a busy department.

Responsibilities
- Providing administration support on technical correspondence and documentation
- Database management and record keeping
- Organising meetings and events, diary management and travel arrangements

Requirements

- Minimum requirement is a Diploma in Business Administration

- 5 - 8 years experience in general administration, ideally within the financial services industry
- Excellent MS Office skills including PowerPoint and the ability to create graphic presentations

Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English is essential
- Must be living in Abu Dhabi
- Female
- Aged between 30 - 35 years
