Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A multinational corporate business is seeking to recruit a professional Administrator/Secretary to support a small team in their Abu Dhabi office.

- Provide admin support to the directorate and management team
- Create Powerpoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and word documents
- Provide general office support including monitoring office supplies, dealing with deliveries and general facilities
- Meet and greet visitors to the office and answer the phone

Requirements

Candidates must be native English speakers to be considered for this role.

You must have strong MS Office skills (this will be assessed at interview stage) including typing and formatting documents.

Candidates must be well presented with experience in a corporate environment. Candidates with a legal background would be preferred.
