Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A multinational company is seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their friendly team.

Duties include:
- Covering the reception desk
- Assist Office Manager with administrative duties
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order more when required
- Organise staff and business events
- Coordination of printing and document supply
- Organise maintenance requests
- Be on hand to support members of the team

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years Admin experience in the UAE as well as previous experience organising events.

You must also be well presented with a friendly and bubbly personality. You must be enthusiastic willing to take on additional responsibilities and work when required.
You must also be able to demonstrate initiative and enjoy being in a front facing role.

The salary is between AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 plus benefits
