Advertising Operations Executive

Job description / Role

Campaign set up
• Receive and check advertising creative material from advertisers and ad agencies
• Co-ordinate scheduling of campaigns
• Working closely with finance to ensure that revenue is recognised accurately
Campaign management
• Creative swaps and revisions
• Monitoring ad campaign status, ensuring campaign delivers according to contract
• Performance optimisation and campaign revisions
Customer service
• Frequent liaison with clients and agencies to chase up advertising creative and answer queries etc.
• Daily liaison with sales team to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns and feedback to sales person as to campaign performance
• Provision of excellent all round customer support for sales teams and advertisers

Requirements

• Must be organised with a keen eye for detail
• Must be numerical and accurate
• It is essential that the individual is able to work under their own initiative demonstrating their ability to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent administrative, communication and inter-personal skills
• Must enjoy working in a pressurised and fast-paced media sales environment
• Positive attitude is a must
• Must be reliable, approachable, confident and flexible
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to speak English, Arabic and one other European language beneficial (Spanish, French, Italian or German)
• Should have some knowledge of the Internet
• Should have some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• HTML/rich media knowledge/experience would be an advantage but not necessary
• Minimum of 1-year trafficking experience is beneficial
