The RoleThe RoleCampaign set up Receive and check advertising creative material from advertisers and ad agencies Co-ordinate scheduling of campaigns Working closely with finance to ensure that revenue is recognised accurately Campaign management Creative swaps and revisions Monitoring ad campaign status, ensuring campaign delivers according to contract Performance optimisation and campaign revisions Customer service Frequent liaison with clients and agencies to chase up advertising creative and answer queries etc. Daily liaison with sales team to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns and feedback to sales person as to campaign performance Provision of excellent all round customer support for sales teams and advertisers |
RequirementsRequirements Must be organised with a keen eye for detail Must be numerical and accurate It is essential that the individual is able to work under their own initiative demonstrating their ability to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks Excellent administrative, communication and inter-personal skills Must enjoy working in a pressurised and fast-paced media sales environment Positive attitude is a must Must be reliable, approachable, confident and flexible Must be a team player Must be able to speak English, Arabic and one other European language beneficial (Spanish, French, Italian or German) Should have some knowledge of the Internet Should have some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications HTML/rich media knowledge/experience would be an advantage but not necessary Minimum of 1-year trafficking experience is beneficial |
