Advisor to the General Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a Real estate and Investment company based in Mecca, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit an Advisor, the roles will be responsible for the following:
- Advisor to the General Manager
- Accompany the General Manager for Strategic Meetings
- Prepare feasibility studies on Investments
- Review and Finalize on Investments
- Review Proposal and Contracts
- Set KPI for different departments of the group
- Oversee the departments and operations
- Recruitment and Training

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree.
- MBA in Finance is preferred
- 15 years of experience, currently in a senior management role
- Age requirement : Below 40
- Leadership Skills
- Team Management
- Experience in interacting wit Key Stake holders
- Must be a Arabic Speaker
