Affiliate Marketing Manager
To help develop the company's affiliate marketing strategy, manage and maintain portfolio of client relationships and hold strong relationships with affiliate networks and affiliate publishers. To enhance the growth of the affiliate marketing function and service offerings that the company offers its clients.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES
-Ensures best practice affiliate marketing techniques are employed at all times across the client base, following set internal processes
-Assists in managing the teams social media tools including newsletters, Twitter, A4U forum & blog, posting regular updates with appropriate and up to date info
-Reviews clients campaigns, profitability and issues with Head of Performance Marketing on a regular basis
-Assist Finance dept. by compiling regular revenue reports for client campaigns
-Manage portfolio of affiliate marketing clients, to the required minimum profitability
-Accountable for optimising client campaigns and coordinating & managing activities with netowrks and affiliates
-Understands and effectively convey affiliate marketing knowledge, tools & techniques to clients on an ongoing basis
COMMERCIAL & OPERATIONAL
-Understands the integration of affiliate marketing with other services provided by the company and helps highlight new opportunities for growth
-Supports the sales departments by providing material on affiliate marketing for pitches or participating in pitches
-Identifies opportunities for up and cross sells and discusses them with relevant dept in the company
-Keep up to date with industry developments and share them with team & wider business
-Responsible for the increasing of product knowledge to contribute to team KPI's
-Develops self through self study of product offering, media services and digital marketplace
-Responsible for CPD log for the year reflecting L&D activities
-Willing to learn new ideas and methods, readily accepting guidance, training coaching & feedback from others
-Responsible for supporting team training plan
-Proven track record of management of affiliate programs
-Understanding of core elements of affiliate and general digital marketing
-Experience working in an Affiliate Manager or related role
-Extensive knowledge of other areas of digital marketing: SEO, Display, PPC
