We are currently seeking an After Market Sales Engineer to join the Air Solutions team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for selling service and parts in coordination with the existing FAMCO system.

The key accountabilities of this role will include:

• To Sell service by way of: AMC (Annual Maintenance contracts) for old units, ULTRA CARE - extended warranty package for the new ASG units, non IR equipment - in coordination with the service team depending on skills and support available within the FAMCO team
• To sell Parts by way of: Direct parts sales for Non standard compressors like CENTAC and PHE NL, supporting counter sales by way of parts identification for old models of units that are not readily available in the system
• Field Support by way of: Linking new customers to parts team in the respective regions, linking new customers to service support team in the respective regions, furnishing operation and maintenance manuals, furnishing recommended parts for customer stock, winning over customers in UAE who are not using FAMCO parts and service, facilitating credit to customers who have not availed FAMCO support in the past
• Energy Audit - To conduct Intellisurvey energy audit using the IR tool for customers in the UAE
• Inventory Support - To inform inventory department from time to time, recommendations for stocking moving parts, based on marker feed back, to identify parts required to be stocked for new units introduced by IR

Suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:

• Either a Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in service area of Air Compressor Industry is preferred. At least two year sales experience in selling parts is required.
• Problem solving, activity planning & organising, working with the team, communication, technical acumen
• ISO9001
• Complete awareness of Electrical, controls & Instrumentation systems (Compressors, Dryers and related equipment) reads and understands suppliers service manuals, understands line diagrams, excellent diagnostic capability
• PC skills.
