Job description / Role
Our client is a well-known automotive brand, currently expanding their UAE operations. They are now looking for an experienced After Sales Assistant Manager to join their successful team.
As the After Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Enhancing the Sales & Service Quality of the company's operations in order to meet company objectives
* At a macro level, ensuring Customer Experience is Top-Class through CS (Trust), and Customer Lifecycle Management is of preferred partner thereby optimizing win-win Relationship (Business Opportunity). At a micro level, providing company / Branches / Dealers (Sales & Aftersales) necessary support and guidance to align with Global Objectives, achieve CS Objectives, comply global company Standards & Processes, CRM efficiency.
* Enhancing brand image through enhancement of Customer Experience. At macro level, deliver highest quality of Customer Experience (CS) and Brand Compliance
* Working closely with Function Management on Business Planning and Execution
* Plan, implement, monitor CS management activities for both Sales and Aftersales functions
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' relevant After Sales/Customer Service experience within a high volume automotive brand. Candidates without Automotive industry experience will be rejected immediately.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate solid managerial and analytical skills.
