Reporting to the GM - Storage & Handling Solutions, the After Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the After Market business across the major product range of SHS division, including Linde, Dexion, Nassau, Hart Stertil. Primary goal to exceed financial budgets while extending the aftersales range of products and services across the total customer base.

The main accountabilities will include:

* Sale of customer contract support agreements
* Extend market coverage of agreements
* SHS Spare Parts sales via contracts, workshop, counters and effective marketing campaigns
* Ensure total customer aftersales satisfaction
* Front line sales support
* Forecasting and planning
* Safe & correct operation of all FAMCO supplied equipment
* Maximize cash flow for the group

Requirements

The ideal canddiate must have:

* Bachelor's Degree with technical background, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
* 8 years in customer support / technical sales with exposure to spare parts sales
* Microsoft office (Word, Excel, power point), Microsoft outlook, SAP exposure
* Management and Negotiation skills which leads to driving a team and presenting their utmost skills, problem solving, activity planning & organizing, working with and within the team, communication, technical acumen.
