Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity with one of the most prestigious Automotive brands in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking for the perfect candidate to fill an After-Sales position role:
• To ensure the efficient and profitable organisation and operation of the department by satisfying and retaining customers.
• Establishing and agreeing with dealership management, and meeting objectives that cover the administration of the Parts, Bodyshop and Service Departments' operating policies and standards to achieve both high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.
• To control stocks and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and enhanced customer relations.
• To maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour, parts and materials.
Requirements
The perfect candidate will have experience with an automotive luxury brand and be equipped with the below skills:
• Technical skills, knowledge and experience.
• IT Literate
• Ability to control clerical work, administration, organisation, systems and financial matters, leadership ability.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
• Technical and engineering qualifications.
• Skills, experience and knowledge of modern business methods and financial control.
