After Sales Marketing and Business Development Manager - Al Futtaim Motors - Toyota

Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

We are currently seeking an experienced After Sales Marketing and Business Development Manager to define and implement the Strategy for After Sales Retail to increase Customer Retention by having a complete AS Marketing set up. For the AFM B2B Parts Business He/she will develop and implement the Loyalty Strategy. The Job Holder will develop and implement a comprehensive Accessory Strategy for the entire UAE on New Vehicle and Retail side. While developing and maintaining a competitive pricing and discounting model for AFM he is maintaining a target Gross Margin for AFM .He/ she will develop and implement service contracts and full Service offers for all Customer Segments

The main job responsibilities will include:

Aftersales Pricing: - To implement a structured competitive pricing strategy in Retail and Whole sale trading.

Aftersales Communication: - To implement utilize robust communication channels for both Retail and B2 business. Work in close cooperation with Vehicle Marketing to develop an integrated AS Communication incl mid-term goals and short term tactical campaigns.

Aftersales Planning and Strategy: - To implement a B2B / Retail strategy, sustaining business growth in both channels. Implement Business Intelligence of Aftersales.

Aftersales Service Contracts: - To implement attractive service contract schemes that are competitive and attractive to our customers in the private ,corporate ,fleet and government sector.

Accessories for New Vehicle and Retail:- oversee the expansion of  Accessories in line with the Aftersales Growth margins while anticipating our competitor's initiatives and increasing the value chain.
Customer Retention: To develop, implement and improve CRM / BDC activities to improve Customer retention and service & accessories coverage ratio by proactively anticipating the changing Customer needs and demands

Staff Retention & Emiratisation: To develop and implement systems for motivating the team members to increase their engagement levels and attract new comers and Emiratis to be a company of choice through training & development, regular meetings and defining career path for highly engaged workforce.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Automobile. Post graduate in Business management would be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience: 10-15 years in Automotive After Sales and/or Sales department with at least 5 years in a Managerial position. Solid background in Marketing communication and Parts Pricing .Clear understanding of Product planning Processes in Accessories.

Job-Specific Skills: Understands Automobile Engineering, Dealer Management system usage and MS office. Pricing and margin construction. Briefing skills .

Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication skills, Excellent leadership skills, People focus, Integrity, Analytical, Task Oriented .Team player looking for cross business opportunities.
