Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a strong and highly respected automotive company in the UAE who represent world class motor brands in the Middle East. Due to continued success, our client is expanding their sales, after sales and retail divisions across a number of showrooms and are looking to hire an After Sales and Retail Manager to join their team.
You will oversee the operations and customer service as well as the overall success and profitability of the branches in their area. You will also supervise and lead the development of the dealer network whilst ensuring compliance and brand standards are adhered to.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years' regional experience in the automotive business preferably in network development. You should ideally be an After Sales Manager seeking additional responsibility or have experience of managing a network in showrooms within the automotive sector. It is essential you have exceptional knowledge and understanding of parts, service and aftersales within the automotive business. An awareness of retail audit and Arabic language skills will be advantageous.
