The RoleThe RoleIn this position you will manage a high quality Service Center for professional power tools. In detail that means: • To design and implement the Services strategies in Qatar in line with the worldwide Service team and local Marketing and Product Management • Implement and manage best practices to maximise productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool to create a competitive advantage for Hilti • Develop and coach a team of motivated and skilled Technicians |
RequirementsRequirements• Ensures the team has sufficient knowledge in all relevant areas • Solid conceptual understanding of technical / functional areas • Able to forecast customer demand accurately, and has a robust process to support forecasting • Line management experience • Clear understanding on how the operations function contributes to enthusiastic customers. • Can differentiate the critical issues from the trivial • Able to develop a strategy and plan • Willing to take an unpopular stand if necessary • Effectively handles several tasks at one time • Act decisively to respond to in/external customers in all situations. • Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, excellent written and spoken English and ideally Arabic, Hindi or German • Able to draw the best out in people |
