Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit an Aftersales Assistant Manager.
The job holder will be responsible of managing the Aftersales - Parts Operations to meet the companys target.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Management of Aftersales activities and promotions
- Conduct process reviews to increase part sales
- Conduct surveys, evaluation and analysis
- Create marketing plans & conduct various parts promotions & campaigns in coordination with the advertising agency
- Respond to Customers enquiries when needed
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Prepare monthly/annual reports
Business planning, pricing and budgeting
The role will involve travelling to the MENA countries whenever needed

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes

- At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry in After Sales operations
- Good understanding of the regional market
- Experience in UAE is highly preferred
- Fluent in English is essential and Arabic and French would be an advantage
- Must have good analytical & communication skills
