Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.The purpose of this role is to develop the Aftersales business for Toyota cars and provide highest possible standards in customer service, revenue and contribution in line with company key performance objectives. To support sales and service synergy projects where services are required.

The key accountabilities of this role will include:

* Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks.
* Drive a highly motivated team that is highly engaged to ensure the highest level of customer service for aftersales.
* Ensure the active achievement of net profit performance on both parts and service revenue targets.
* Ensure the active promotion, implementation and sustainment of all aftersales standards compliance programs.
* Drive associate engagement, career development and performance management through training, mentoring and coaching of all associates in the aftersales operations.
* Actively promote excellent sales and aftersales synergy through identification of improvement areas and actively use Kaizen Groups and Impact planning sessions to drive business development.
* Actively support the identification and reporting of all technical vehicles issues through ED/ER (Early Detection/ Early Resolution).
* Actively promote a culture of Fix it Right methodology in the Aftersales Environment.

Requirements

You will have the following qualifications, experience and skills to be considered for this role:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Diploma or Degree in Service Industry, Logistics or Mechanical Engineering.
* Sound Knowledge of the motor industry.
* Sound Knowledge of aftersales processes.
* Experience in managing people.

Minimum Experience:

* 7 years and more in customer service and automotive industry.
