Job description / Role
Our client is one of the market leaders in the automotive sector. With more than 5,000 employees, the company is active in a variety of automotive products in producing and distribution from passenger to commercial vehicle, trucks, tyres, spare parts, leasing, etc. across Middle East and North Africa.
They are looking to recruit a dedicated and highly motivated Aftersales Manager to head the Aftersales function in overseeing both the service & parts department and be responsible for their full productivity and profitability.
Job Overview
•To organise all departmental activities to ensure the most efficient and profitable operation of the Aftersales Department by satisfying customer needs and enhancing customer relations.
• To maximize departmental profitability through effective marketing and sale of labour, parts, accessories, lubricants, other charges, subcontracted services and other value-added products and services.
• Ensure that the Aftersales Department achieves target objectives by ongoing (period by period) examination of accounts, daily and weekly operating controls, system information, industry reports and public domain information and manufacturer’s composite figures (monthly).
• Maintain and develop workshop labor productivity , technical skills and high standard of quality workmanship
•Ensuring that customer satisfaction is continually sustained to the highest possible level
• Developing standard operating policies and procedures, supervising warranty and policy administration and report to senior management on all operations
• Managing and further developing the customer complaints process, managing and motivating a large team of service centre personnel
• To support the business through any other function requested by the Senior Management
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• Min. 10 years’ automotive experience in aftersales
• Exposure to both parts and service is essential
• Proficient in computer and other automotive application system
• Demonstrates an excellent leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, social/networking and analytical skills.
• Good customer relation management experience
• Superior Level Communication skills
• Japanese, Korean brand experience is highly regarded
• Preference will be given to Algerian nationality
