The responsibilities of this role will include:* Monitor all Service and Parts activities to support Base Manager and customers with accurate part supply and efficient service* Ensure setup of after sales facilities abroad and the sustainment thereof through risk analysis and maintenance* Ensure compliance with 5`S, Health & Safety, Environmental guidelines and the 7 Storage techniques on the base* Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, commercial and wholesale environment in line with Just In Time inventory levels and maximum fill rate* Monitor all field technical reports, assist with diagnostics and the ensure monitoring of all vehicles in the Service Centre* Implement all distributor recommended operational, marketing and financial advancement programs to ensure corporate vitality and safe working environment* Receive all customers on the base with the highest level of service and ensure that each service and maintenance is delivered within the customer's expected delivery time* Ensure active staff and employee engagement and ensure career growth for individual

Suitable candidates should have the following experience:* Diploma or Degree in: Logistics Management/Business Management/Mechanical Engineer* 5-7 years experience in automotive (Aftersales) parts* Ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilise skills appropriately* Ability to provide outstanding customer service * Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards * Ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment * Ability to maintain strong administration skills * Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material, and provide instructions to all employees* Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform their job
