The Role


The applicant will ensure that airport operations in all areas run smoothly in a cost-effective manner and that customers are provided with the best QR service thus creating a competitive advantage for QR in overall ground products and services. The applicant should also be able to seek and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the station.

Requirements


Requirements


The applicant must possess a minimum of 10 years of airline or ground handling experience, of which 5 years are in an operational management position with a reputed aviation company. The position requires physical involvement in the operation and therefore, strong operational and interpersonal management skills are required.

In addition applicants should possess high proficiency in PC-based applications, effective communication skills in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills.
