The RoleThe RoleESPRIT is a globally recognised fashion brand offering the latest trends and designs. With over 50 stores located around the GCC this is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic work environment and get involved in the expansion and future growth of this exciting brandWe are looking to recruit an Allocator to join our Esprit Regional Office. Working under the guidance of the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for: * Generating management, sales and stock statement reports (weekly stock and sales document), sales comparison at stores and departments level * Analysing the reports on daily/ weekly /monthly and annual basis* Supporting the merchandising budget process and providing the required data from the system* Supporting the sale process by regular communication with merchandising, sales, warehouse, finance, marketing and visual merchandisers teams* Handling the end of season claim process* Creating and maintaining the seasonal orders database |
RequirementsRequirements  To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate:* 3 years Allocation Management experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results in a large multi-brand, multi-location retailer.* Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical skills and attention to details * Good organisation, time management and administrative skills * Flexibility and willingness to multi-task * Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment * Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing or merchandising field* Knowledge Visual Foxpro programme is advantageous |
