Job description / Role
Ma'aden's $10.8 billion joint venture with Alcoa will be the largest and most efficient vertically integrated aluminium complex in the world. It will use Saudi Arabia's bauxite resources to profitably produce aluminium for domestic and international markets as well as to facilitate the development of domestic downstream industries in the Kingdom.
The aluminium project involves the development, design, construction and subsequent operation of two integrated sites.
Main function is to manage and maintain automation systems for the following Automatic storage and retrieval system for coil storage area cranes. Automatic Ingot Handling Systems Cranes in ingot yard. Automated Guided Vehicles for coil and scrap bins. Level 1 Level 2 for hot mill and cold mill automation in addition to trouble shooting and maintenance of L1 / L2 Systems.
Relevant Commissioning Manager with main function to lead commissioning team and provide commissioning plans to meet target days provide and execute erection / construction plans and commissioning plans. Manage and control cost and budgets allocated to projects and commissioning accounts.
Requirements
10 -15 Years relevant experience in Aluminium Rolling Industry.
