Employment: Full Time

The Analyst - Planning, Reporting & KPIs is responsible for supporting the analysis needs of the various Business units and HR leaders. The individual is responsible for preparation of analysis and reports for the HR Analytics and Reporting team in order for them to provide inputs to senior management regarding workforce demographics and progress on key HR initiatives.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Works closely with the Specialist - Planning, Reporting &KPIs and Manager - HR Analytics and Reporting to understand the analysis needs of Business and HR leaders
- Supports complex data analysis requirements for the HR Analytics and Reporting team
- Captures and shares the best practices for analysis and provides informed recommendations why these practices should be implemented in Sidra.
- Prepares complex analysis and reports for senior management regarding workforce demographics and progress on key HR initiatives.
- Ensures all reports and dashboards are kept current on the HR Report Center Portal
- Maintains the catalogue of HR reports current, and ensures that these are developed and adhere to the Reporting Framework and Sidra HR branding guidelines.
- Develops and consolidates various reports using business intelligence and best practice approaches
- Develops reports and tools to measure and predict talent performance
- Develops predictive models and scenario planning for integration with workforce planning
- Develops reports to measure and track performance of the HR department on achieving its strategic objectives.
- Provides accurate data driven advice and recommendations in a timely manner to the Manager-HR Analytics and Reporting and other senior stakeholders in regard to HR analytics
- Begins to utilize Lawson data to provide data analytics
- Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative science field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle reporting systems implementation and management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary workforce analytics.
- Ability to work effectively within an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and approaches.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
