Analyst Portfolio Management

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Joint Stock company in Saudi they offer wide ranging investment services for individuals and corporate. In 2014 their capital was over SAR 800,000 million. They are currently looking for an Analyst Portfolio Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate investment ideas based on input from buy and sell side research and market analysis
- Keep track of fundamental developments and news related to portfolio positions.
- Keep track of latest buy and sell side research on markets and companies comprising the investment universe.
- Monitor market day to day market movement and their impact on assigned Funds and Accounts.
- Implement day to day investment decisions as per instructions from Director Portfolio Management or his/ her designates including efficient trade execution and settlement.
- Maintain close working relationships with internal and external brokers.
- Calculate and maintain performance measures for assigned Funds and Discretionary Portfolio Accounts.
- Monthly and quarterly Funds and Discretionary Portfolio Accounts reporting/ presentations and client support.
- Ensure up to date record keeping in the front office portfolio management systems.
- Be aware of regulatory and client imposed limitations and ensure adherence to the same for assigned Funds and Discretionary Portfolio Accounts
- Handle client queries and ensure complete front office documentation related to discretionary accounts.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
- Maintain company internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any relevant points raised by external regulators.
- Be aware of operational risks issues associated with your job and act in an appropriate manner

Requirements

- Banking experience required
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the similar field
- Relevant degree and qualifications
- Excellent communications skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Good Analytical skills
