Job description / Role
Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for an Analyst Programmer to join their Regional IT team in Bahrain. The candidate for this position will be responsible for developing local applications, financial reports, and tools for the bank’s internal or external use.
Responsibilities:
• Support, update or modify existing applications and reports.
• Manage long and short term projects for the full development lifecycle.
• Overlook data warehouse management, and assure the quality of the data and services.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, MIS or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with different reporting tools and in developing application based on data that is extracted from database.
• Excellent understanding of the Object Oriented programming components, with excellent knowledge of its architecture, design and external interfaces.
• Very good knowledge of J2EE platform and Database administration.
• Must be a Bahraini or a GCC national.
