Analyst - Risk Management - Real Estate - Qatar

The client - Real Estate Development company in Qatar - is looking for a Risk Management Analyst.

Job Purpose:
Assist in the implementation of risk management framework. Collect data from all the directorates and maintain and update the relevant risk registers. Assist in developing internal risk controls across the organization, measure their effectiveness and recommend remedial actions.

Assist to:
- Implement risk policies and guidelines for staff, projects under construction, property under operations and others.
- Identify risks facing, support in developing mitigation plans, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Compile the risk register and coordinate with all departments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare quarterly and annual risk reports that would be presented to Management and subsequent Board-level committee.
- Guide the Risk Committee discussions and ensure transparency and alignment

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance performance and quality of work with a view of stakeholders expectations.

Health, Safety & Environment:
- Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or Engineering.
- 1 -3 years of experience in risk management or similar discipline.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Experience in risk management.
- Experience in developing policies and procedures.
- Strong conflict resolution/management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
