Analyst

Job description / Role

Responsibilities & Duties:
Internal reporting (Analyst report summaries - quarterly management reports )
External reporting (Facts sheet, points of clarity, quarterly releases )
The Annual Report completion with knowledge of the Corporate Governance
Follow up with the brokerage agencies reports and clarify the contents
Collect & consolidate internal data to complete the financial model
Calculate price / share using STC data and assumptions
Contribute to manage the shareholder register

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance - MBA preferred
Professional certifications such as CFA preferred

Essential experience / Knowledge:
Worked in corporate listed large companies at least 5 years
Has experience at Investor Relations at least 3 years
Financial models ; DFCF, NPV, IRR…etc
Speaking fluently English and Arabic

Nationality Preffered:
Arab (Lebanese - Jordanian - Egyptian )
