The Role


The Role


Consultant must be comfortable at:

• Combining business thinking, business intelligence, analytical skills and technical expertise to provide information analysis and decision support for clients
• Working with clients to understand their issues and identify first best solutions
• Providing strategic, analytical and business process assistance
• Managing all aspects of customer data for marketing initiatives, sales and marketing campaigns and the analysis of complex business problems
• Support development and lead implementation/maintenance of descriptive/predictive models in for targeted sales and marketing initiatives
• Ongoing creation and dissemination of critical executive reports
• Thought leadership and expertise on issues pertaining to customer contact information and segmentation, campaign analysis and profitability and customer performance measurement
• Measurement of individual customer marketing campaigns
• Management of data integrity and technical issues as they relate to customer management

Requirements


Requirements


• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or another quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Marketing, Market Research, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) from a globally reputable university with outstanding academic record.
• 4 – 6 years of professional experience in doing data preparation and data manipulation using SQL & SAS for supporting data mining activities in a highly competitive or boutique consulting company.
• Demonstrated analytical and business capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information.
• Strong human relations and ability to work and contribute effectively in teams composed of colleagues and client members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Communication skills in Arabic is an asset.
• Must be willing and able to travel in Middle East for the projects.
