The RoleThe Role• Analyzer Technicians shall perform Analyzer troubleshooting including the following tasks as minimum; o Analyzers calibration and validation. o Analyzers repair, adjustments and preventive maintenance (PM) checks. o Checking and setting analyzers operating conditions. o Overhaul analyzers during normal operation under the supervision of analyzers engineer. o Analyzers sample conditioning system routine maintenance such as; pumps, valves, actuators, flow meters, filters and other related components. RequirementsRequirements• Analyzer Technician shall have, as a minimum, seven (7) years of experience in Analyzer Maintenance work such as calibration, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs and PM checks. • Shall have deep knowledge in basic chemistry and refinery / petrochemical processes. He shall have past experience in testing and commissioning of On-Line Analyzers in Refining and Petrochemical Plants. • Should have an experience to work with most of the analyzers in Table (1). • Shall be able to understand and troubleshoot analyzers sample conditioning systems. • Shall be able to review and recommend analyzers spare parts, and update analyzers documentation system. • Shall be able to utilize a computer and related analyzer hardware and software such as Analyzers workstations. • Shall be able to interpret analyzers design changes and flow diagrams. • Must have a valid driving license in country of origin or international driving license or Saudi driving license. • Can communicate well in English language. Saudi Nationals or Transferrable Iqama holders preferred. |
