Job description / Role

- Experience in delivering Soft Skills and Product related training
- Understanding of Apple Products (as a consumer)
- Has done similar job even in different industries (Automotive, Hospitality, etc…)
- Being fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Skilled and experienced in the field of training.
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable and experienced at working with higher management to influence outcomes.
- Execute Apple Training materials as designed, and demonstrate expertise in the field of training.
- Responsible for incorporating adult learning principles into the store environment.
- Working with the team to strategize and create training plans for your store and market.
- Actively collaborating with your teammates, your leadership team, and market support partners.
Requirements
• Self-motivated and self-directed and can work in a busy store environment.
• The drive to meet and exceed goals and standards of excellence; the ability to take prompt actions to achieve goals beyond requirements, to seek out new responsibilities and acts on opportunities.
• The ability to plan and deliver communications in an impactful, persuasive and tactful manner.
