Job description / Role
1. Make error-free quotations/proposals.
2. Prepare quotations for tenders and Jobs in hand according to priority.
3. Have a friendly relationship with the "Tendering/estimation" department of MEP Contractors.
4. Maintain proper documentation for Projects/contractors.
5. Make sure the "turn-around-time" is kept to a minimum.
6. Liaise with the estimation department and understand tender submission date - prepare tender proposal priorities.
7. Assist Sales Engineers & Sales Manager with quotations and any support for projects.
8. Prepare the status of tender quotes along with follow-up updates - Tender status Reports.
9. Preparing Submittals for projects.
Requirements
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with good command of English or Arabic.
2. At least 2 years experience in a similar role & knowledge of AC equipment (Chillers, Fan coil units, Air handling units, ducted split units or related HVAC equipment’s)
3. Proficient in all the software and documents.
