Job Overview

Provides contractual service and assists customers with problem solving support regarding the Companys products/applications/solutions. Experience and knowledge in, but not limited to Company products. Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance. Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Key Accounts Managers and sales representatives prepare new business proposals. Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.

Main Responsibilities
Provides site survey, material estimates, PI&D drawing and material take off with regards to Nalco equipment installation prior to approval of the customer (MOC).
Provides assistance to the Technical Consultant in the technical training to the customer, which is related to the Nalco equipment.
To do the testing and commissioning of Nalco equipment and make the after sale warranty period.
To do preventive maintenance and scheduled calibration of Nalco equipment.
Repair and troubleshoot Nalco equipment installed in sites.
Coordinate to Nalco sub-contractor to the implementation of the Nalco equipment installation. Make installation status report regards to the project.
Supervised and implement installation quality standard to the Nalco equipment installation.
Provides assistance to Technical Consultant in chemical trial application and coordinate with him during the technical meeting to the customer.
Review the design, drawings, materials and equipment prior to the implementation of Nalco projects.
Provides the Technical Consultant in selecting the type, kind, brand of pumps, and chemical compatibility of materials in regards to chemical application.
To make electrical drawings for the electrical panel of chemical injection pumps. Fabricate wiring and cable termination of electrical panel. Testing and commissioning of the electrical panel.
Fabricate piping, pipe fittings and pump skid accessories in related to Nalco equipment.
To assist the Technical consultant or area manager during technical meeting to the customer which is related to Nalco equipment projects.

Requirements

Qualifications

Technical Degree or equivalent education with industry experience helpful.
Must have knowledge of and experience in materials, scheduling, inventory, manufacturing and installation processes.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
BA / BS in a science or technical specialty is preferred.
