The RoleThe RoleResponsibilities: • To assist in the implementation of business solutions in the Middle East Region. • Monitor SQL database backups and ensure the backups are tested, ensure the database servers are properly patched with latest updates after required testing has been completed. • Managing and resolving client problems and queries. This will be done by prioritising issues/queries that are raised based on severity and assessment of impact on firm’s business. • Responsible for providing adequate support and responses to primary application owners across the region and to facilitate end user support to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations • Responsible for generating solutions to meet the reporting needs of business users at Los level or within other member firms. • Responsible for managing the Middle East SharePoint workroom. • Responsible for building interfaces between applications and any other development task that may be required. • Assisting in daily GTS operations and other tasks assigned |
RequirementsRequirements• IT Graduate • 4-5 years relevant experience • Specific technical expertise: Microsoft SQL server , VB.Net , ASP.Net , SharePoint , ERP experience • Ability to communicate easily and effectively; in multiple media and to all levels of the Firm |
