Job description / Role
Job Overview
The Applied Services Assistance is fully responsible for the day-to-day operation in Applied Services Department.
Main Responsibilities
In- charge in Sales Orders / Store Requisitions- planning and preparations.
Reassess customers order and sales store requisitions.
Receiving and Unloading Equipment's, reagents and solutions , pumps, replacement and spare parts, bottles and packing materials ( local and imported ).etc.
Communication with local and foreign supplier with regards of technical issue, material specifications and quotation requests.
Assistance to salesmen in all matters concerning to field supplies.
Monitoring the stock status of Applied Services materials.
Reviewing outstanding Purchase Requisitions
Data entry and preparation of none inventory receipts of incoming goods.
Periodic Inventory taking and Reconciliation.
Coordination with sales forces, Lab personnel, field technician and customer service and some other department.
Preparation of Work Order, Good Receive Notes, Stock Adjustment in iScala.
Participation in quality issues as a whole.
Administering subordinate.
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (specialist in Instrumentation).
Excellent English Language Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Excellent Organization Skills.
