A leading provider of telephone medical consultations are rapidly expanding their business and as such have formed a joint venture with an Abu Dhabi government entity to set up operations.

They will provide patients with convenient access to quality healthcare 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via telephone. A telephone consultation is a consultation between a patient and doctor using the telephone. In this case, communication is exclusively verbal. A telephone consultation takes place in real time and does not presuppose that the doctor and patient have already been in physical contact before the discussion.

Salary up to USD9000 per month

On behalf of our client, one of the most trusted market intelligence and advisory firm CEMEA, we are looking to recruit a GCC national as an Account Manager based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for generating business demand for research & consulting services to high-level (ICT) decision makers. The requires the candidate to prepare proposals, sales collateral for existing and prospective clients and you will be required to complete all the sales steps including cold calling, initiating contact, positioning of product services, creating of proposals and required sales collateral, presenting and client management, negotiations and end to end client satisfaction.

Task and Responsibilities include:
- Consultations with community based patients, with the clear goal to close the case as often as possible (40-50%) over the phone or choose and organize a suitable referral.
- Using Medical Guidelines for clinical telephone consultation (i.e. medical triage with point of care system, time-related referral system, all aspects of patient management and prescription of drugs) as well as Good Practice guidelines.
- Using an electronic Patient Management System for management and documentation.
- High level of communication between the medical specialties with sophisticated internal as well as external referral pattern to ensure a high quality of patient care.
- Active promotion of telephone consultation skills such as history taking, current physical status and diagnostic approach in a new and rapidly evolving medical specialty.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a university degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in consultative sales & account management. You must have some experience of dealing with high level ICT decision makers (CIO, IT Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Procurement etc.) in the Eastern Providence of Saudi Arabia.

Other qualifications:
- Consulting and/or Research. Consulting Sales, ICT Service Sales and/or Demonstrable
- Strong domain skills with regards to ICT understanding.
- Contacts and experience in the eastern region would be a plus.
- Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong MS-Office skills are absolutely critical. The candidate will be required to do extensive work on proposal and collateral presentations and documents.
- Should be a Saudi or GCC citizen with native Arabic and fluent command over written and spoken English.
- Teamwork capabilities are fundamental. Flexibility, initiative, and problem solving are also required.

In the first phase, candidate will be working from home and he should be used to working by themselves in standalone office and therefore must be a self-motivated and a self-starter.
