Job description / Role

Salary: 16,000 - 18,000 AED

Our client based in Dubai is a well-known digital marketing agency that works with brands to bridge the gap between shifting technology and cutting-edge creative ideas.

While they offer a wide range of digital media solutions, they have also built a regional reputation for their expertise in social media planning, management, production & buying. They are well-versed in finding innovative ways of connecting brands and people through memorable experiences on their laptops, smartphones, and on social platforms, that trigger real life actions.

With over 40 talented individuals, across 19 nationalities, its no surprise that they have been awarded as one of the most effective independent agency offices in MENA.

Due to their expanding work they are now seeking an Arabic Account Manager who is already working in an advertising agency and is wanting to take the next step to work with a fantastic company and grow their career.

Reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for digital strategy planning, presenting to clients, successful delivery, monitoring success, reporting and ensuring best-practices are followed to achieve clients marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
- Knowledge in Digital strategy planning, brand insights, customer segmentation, and creative briefs.
- Oversee and manage portfolio client servicing & design team and be the face for client's senior management, while understanding the larger financial picture and contributing to margins/revenue targets.
- Oversee a team of content creators/community managers and information sharing on digital channels is optimized/aligned to client's brand and needs.
- Communication across design, client servicing & development departments as per the project plans and producing regular and ad hoc reports for clients as requested.
- Develop and grow media buying skills to direct media planning/buying team ensuring most effective use of clients budget to achieve marketing objectives.
- Demonstrate micro and macro knowledge of the clients business by continuous research of brand, its categories and competitors.

Requirements

- Hands on experience in Client Management.
- Be a team player and contribute to development of & others.
- Up to date knowledge in digital media marketing & changing technology in this fast paced industry.
- Attention to detail.
- Arabic is a must.
